Portugal Autumnal Retreat

Our retreat is taking place at Cocoon Portugal, a charming, converted farmhouse about 2 hours drive south from Lisbon, beautifully situated on 275 acre coastal farmland.

The location and atmosphere is pure magic, surrounded by a protected natural reserve, charming white-washed villages and long stretches of untouched coastline.

This idyllic property holds up to 20 guests and we may even be greeted with the properties very own two + four legged friends: sheep, goats, peacocks + chickens.

We will have the choice of using either the quaint, light-filled indoor shala, with the floors constructed of hand-made traditional Portuguese Santa Catarina tiles, or practicing under the canopy of old-growth pines in the outdoor shala.

Between our morning and evening practices, there will be opportunities to swim in the ocean or Cocoon's freshwater lake, surf in uncrowded waves, hike along sandstone bluffs, or simply relax in the oversized hammocks.
